Sacred Saturdays Schedule

June

June 14th

9.30am - 5.30pm

West Studio, Colet House

  • 9.30 - Welcome tea & coffee

  • 10am - Tai Chi with Hanna Luna

  • 11.30am - Qigong with Natalia: Move with Intention

In Qigong, movement is not merely physical; it is a harmonious integration of body, breath, and mind. In this workshop, Natalia will guide you through beautiful Qigong Forms such as “Separating Clouds” and “Touch the Sea, Look at the Sky”. When Intention (mind) and Breath move in unison with the body, Qigong becomes a soothing meditative flow.

  • 1pm - Lunch break

    2.00pm - Daylight Serenity Yoga
This session blends Vinyasa flow for mindful movement with Yin yoga for deep release. We begin with breathwork and end with crystal bowl Shavasana to leave you feeling calm and refreshed. Open to all levels.

  • 3:30pm - 5Rhythms with Flow

In 5Rhythms, we hand over prayer to the body, allowing it to become our wisest teacher. Through movement, we invite the body to express its unique rhythm in the present moment, uncovering its often suppressed intelligence.

  • 2.00pm - Psychology and Non-Duality: Introduction with John Kent

A Pleaser, Perfectionist, Pusher, Romantic, Critic….. each of us is made up of many parts or selves. Some we know very well, some we may have glimpsed, while others are hidden away in the shadows. In this workshop we will explore our inner cast of characters, understand how they inform and influence our lives, and see how they point to a deeper reality of who we really are.

  • Relationships as Teacher, Healer and Guide with John Kent

(Participants must have already attended the Introductory workshop)

Building on the introductory workshop, we will explore the “dance of selves” in relationships. We will investigate where our basic patterns of relating originate and how they play out in both our personal and professional lives - often resulting in conflict and disappointment. Awareness of our “bonding patterns” brings with it a deeper understanding of our essential nature, and the true meaning of love.
